    TAMAHRIS will RUN TO KICK CANCER on September 30

    runtokickcancerWhat is RUN TO KICK?

    RUN TO KICK is a charity run to cancel cancer for children, organised by KickCancer, taking place on September 30, 2018 in Brussels. RUN TO KICK runners must raise money (200€ at least or 100€ for children and students) to fund research against children cancer to find new cures and improve existing ones. Thanks to the RUN TO KICK generous sponsors, 100% of the funds raised through RUN TO KICK will be allocated to research projects.



    Who can participate?

    Anyone who can run, jog, walk, roll or crawl over 2 – 5 or 10 km can join RUN TO KICK. Children under the age of 12 years must remain under the supervision of an adult during the race and anyone under 18 years of age will need an approval from one of their parents in order to receive their jersey number. Only the 2km track is accessible for wheelchairs and strollers; the 5 and 10 km tracks contain more difficult passable forest paths. However, Bobby must stay at home. Dogs (cats, mice, parrots…) are not allowed at RUN TO KICK.



    How can you participate with TAMAHRIS?

    Please visit TAMAHRIS fundraising team page: you can either join the team to run or walk with TAMAHRIS, or support our fundraisers by donating !

    • If you wish to run or walk with  the TAMAHRIS team (only if you know somebody at TAMAHRIS!): please contact Vincent or Clarisse. They will send you the “secret link” to the prepaid registration form (TAMAHRIS offers subscription fees). This link can only be used you, your significant other and your children. Fill in the registration form, add a nice picture and a cool text to start fundraising…
    • If you wish to support a fundraiser, visit his/her fundraising page, and click the “I donate to this page” button. Straightforward instructions will follow for payment. Your donation will be tax deductible.



    How to fundraise like a winner?

    To share your page and raise funds, all you need to is to copy/paste the address link to your page and to send it to your contacts by email, WhatsApp, iMessage… Later on, you may also share it on social media such as Facebook or Twitter by clicking on the icon, which appears on the right side of your profile picture.

    In order to support the development of our activities we are looking for entrepreneurial and passionate HR Process & Technology Consultants:

    Attracting, retaining and developing their workforce is critical to our clients. As HR Process & Technology consultant you will help our clients to face the challenges they meet in the area of talent management, including processes like Recruitment, Career & Succession management, Performance, Mobility, Learning, Comp & Ben, HR dashboards & analytics.

    Your core mission is to deliver technological solutions that meet customers’ needs. You will be involved in several steps in the change process: clarifying the strategy supporting, (re)designing the process, selecting the technological solution, its configuration and integration with legacy systems. Throughout this process you will be sensitive to effectively managing the change for the business, for HR and for the end-users.

    You will work intensively with client teams: understanding and analyzing their needs, and sharing you knowledge to help them find and design the solutions that meet their objectives.

    Job Requirements

    As a starting point you already have:

    • a master diploma, preferably in engineering, HR or commercial sciences;

    • a deep understanding of information technology applied to business processes;

    • the passion to deliver value to your client, through technological change and innovation;

    • the ability to learn fast and to structure and manage complexity;

    • a professional sense for quality and detail;

    • excellent oral and written communication skills (English, French and/or Dutch);

    • an entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on problem-solving mentality;

    • team spirit and a well-developed sense of humor;

    Further on following skills would make an even better fit:

    • A few years of experience in consulting, as a business analyst or project manager on change projects with a technological dimension;

    • understanding of HR processes, through education or experience;

    • some experience abroad or at least willing to work in other countries (primarily Europe);
